Due to the COVID-19 situation the UK Degrowth Summer School is postponed
Given the current uncertainty around the COVID-19 pandemic, we had to make the hard decision to postpone the UK Degrowth Summer School. At the moment it is difficult to predict when it will be possible to hold the Summer School, but we remain dedicated to it and will do our best to make it happen as soon as possible.
At the same time, we believe that spreading the degrowth message is now an even more pressing task for the degrowth community. That is why we decided to bring some of the topics we planned to discuss during the Summer School online and organise #DegrowthTalks – a series of seminars to discuss how to get out of the ecological crisis in its multiple aspects (ex. Covid19 and climate) through a transition to Degrowth.
